Tom Hoff
President, CEO
Before founding One Call Concepts, Inc. in 1982, Tom Hoff worked nearly 20 years at the Chesapeake and Potomac (C&P) Telephone Company of Maryland (now Verizon). At C&P, he was responsible for many aspects of outside and inside plant construction and maintenance and acquired the skills and body of knowledge required to manage a successful call center or outside plant operation. Tom was the last manager of the Miss Utility operation while it was still operated in-house by C&P. Shortly after launching One Call Concepts, Tom won major contracts, which the company still holds to this day.
Tom is a leader in the industry. He presently serves as chairman of the Maryland Underground Facilities Damage Prevention Authority. He has served on the One Call Systems International (OCSI) Executive Council and has addressed numerous national and international associations on the importance of one call, the mechanics of call center operations, and damage prevention.
Tom is a lifelong Maryland resident along with his wife Norma, children, and grandchildren.
Dan Florenzo

Dan joined One Call Concepts, Inc., (“OCC”) February 1988 as Controller. He supervises a staff of five. He is responsible for the entire accounting function as well as budgeting, tax administration, benefits administration, property and casualty insurance, and banking relations.
Prior to joining OCC, Dan worked as Controller for PSN Communications, Inc., a small public publishing and media company. Dan began his career working for a small public accounting firm doing business compilations and reviews along with business and personal tax return preparation.
Dan graduated from St. Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, Indiana in 1984 with a BS in accounting and a minor in computer science. He received his CPA certificate in 1987.
Dave Catrambone
Chief Operations Officer
Dave Catrambone currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer for One Call Concepts. His responsibilities include the day-to-day operations of the company throughout the fourteen states and the District of Columbia that OCC operates for, and provides call center services to, as well as leading OCC's client relations division.
Prior to joining One Call Concepts in 2010, Dave successfully held leadership roles at Sky Line Network Engineering and Allegis Group Companies (TEKsystems). As strategic business development manager at Sky Line Network Engineering, Dave focused on the business needs of customers and was instrumental in providing the highest level of customer service. As executive director of business operations at TEKsystems, Dave was responsible for redeveloping some of the largest markets within the organization. Dave established and exceeded quality standards by inspecting and improving employee performance by providing continuous coaching and mentoring. Dave also negotiated multiple large-scale contracts, partnered with existing and targeted clients to assist in vendor consolidation, and successfully attracted, hired and retained top talent.
Randy Peterson
Chief Technology Officer
Randy Peterson has been overseeing One Call Concepts’ Systems Division since 1989. Randy was instrumental in the development and installation of One Call Concepts' PRISM system, a cutting-edge one call notification management package, including its related, online components (ITIC, iMap and iFedit). At One Call Concepts, Randy has been responsible for all of PRISM’s installations, upgrades and support. His vision, technical knowledge, and desire to improve One Call Concepts' processes every day have enabled One Call Concepts to develop core products that are unequaled in the industry.
Randy began his career with One Call Concepts as a customer service representative in Wisconsin in 1982; later he was promoted to office supervisor and in 1984 to general manager of One Call Concepts’ Wisconsin operations.
