Tom Hoff
Tom worked for the Chesapeake and Potomac (C&P) Telephone
Company of Maryland (now Verizon) for twenty years before
founding OCC in 1982. At C&P, he acquired the skills and
body of knowledge required to operate a successful call center
and manage outside plant operations. He was responsible for
many aspects of outside and inside plant construction and
maintenance. Tom was the last manager of the Miss Utility
operation while it was still operated by C&P.
Tom has served on the One Call Systems International Executive
Council. With more then forty years experience in the damage
prevention industry, he has been called upon many times to
address the importance of one call, the mechanics of call
center operations and damage prevention at numerous national
and international symposia.
Tom is the president and CEO of One Call Concepts, Inc.
