Mike Horne

Mike Horne is the Chief Financial Officer of One Call Concepts. He has been with the company since 1998 when he accepted the position of President of the locating services organization, a position that he holds in addition to his corporate role.

With over thirty years of extensive leadership experience covering a wide range of financial, administrative and operational responsibilities, Mike’s broad background offers a comprehensive management perspective in many disciplines.

His previous positions have included the role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for a large underground utility construction company based in Washington, DC; General Manager for Corporate Development and Planning for a publicly held information technology organization and various financial and accounting roles for rapidly growing technology companies.

Mike serves on the Board of the National Utility Locating Contractors Association (NULCA) and also holds an officer position as Treasurer of the organization. He is also on the R&D committee for the Common Ground Alliance.
