Randy Peterson

Randy Peterson is the Systems Director. Randy was hired as an operator at the Diggers Hotline Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1982. From 1982-’84, he worked as a front line call center operator and was promoted to office supervisor. In 1984, he became general manager for Diggers Hotline. During his tenure as general manager, Randy was responsible for several successful computer upgrades, the complete changeover of the call center’s communications network and two relocations.

Randy has overseen OCC’s system division since 1989. Between 1989 and 1990, Randy completed the research required to perfect the “polygon on polygon” technique that is at the core of PRISM. During his years of service, Randy has been responsible for supporting the efforts of OCC’s operations around the country. In addition, his mission during that time was also the completion and installation of PRISM at OCC’s centers throughout North America. He has supervised the technical aspects of every major system’s upgrade, modification, installation and conversion.

His vision, technical knowledge, and desire to improve our processes every day have allowed OCC to have a core product, PRISM, that is unequaled in this, or any other, industry.
