MISSOURI - GM PROFILE
BIO: Nicole Bradley
Nicole Bradley is the General Manager of the Missouri call
center in Jefferson City, Missouri. She originally worked
for a temporary service in 1998, where she hired candidates
to work for Missouri One Call. After becoming familiar with
the call center she was hired by the previous vendor in 2000.
She worked as part of the management team assisting with hiring,
payroll and reviews for two years before coming to One Call
Concepts.
One Call Concepts began operating the Missouri call center
in April 2002. Nicole was hired as the Office Manager and
then promoted to the General Manager in September 2002.
Her dedication to service has been and continues to be a
great asset to all the stakeholders she assists each day.
