INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE

One Call Concepts has designed and installed three statewide positive response systems that together have processed the status information for tens of millions of locate requests.

In 1995, when Virginia became the first state to legislatively mandate the creation of a positive response system, we implemented the Ticket Information Exchange® (TIE) System.

In 2001, when the Maryland legislature amended the state’s damage prevention law to require automated positive response, we designed and installed the Ticket Check® system. In 2003 we proactively supplied Ticket Check® to our Texas customers.

Our Interactive Voice Response Systems use the most advanced technology available and are managed in-house by our team of industry professionals. Other states have patterned their programs after the features and reliability built into TIE® and Ticket Check®. The successes of these systems have made them the benchmark for the damage prevention industry.
