Third-party maps interface
ITIC users can draw their excavation polygons on top of a map (satellite or hybrid) in third-party mapping apps such as Google Maps, Bing Maps, Yahoo! Maps and others. Then, they can send that image back to the OCC/MSL base map.
Templates for duplicate digs
Excavators can save a ticket request as a template if they know they will be digging in the same area in the future.
Email confirmations
After submitting a request, users can receive an email with their ticket number and confirmation, including a map of their polygon.
Reports
Excavators can quickly run reports to see past tickets, locate request status and more.
